These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Larry's Electric Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your information through our booking or intake forms or by communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
Larry's Electric Inc provides electrical contracting and appointment-based services in the Seattle, Washington area. Communications related to our services include appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer support.
We may also send promotional or marketing communications if you separately opt in to receive them.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or communicating with us. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is correct so that we may communicate with you regarding your appointment.
We use SMS messages to communicate with users based on their consent selections. SMS messages may include service-related communications and, if you separately opt in, promotional or marketing communications.
Description of SMS Use Cases:
If you choose to opt in to receive SMS messages from Larry's Electric, you may receive one or both of the following types of messages, depending on the consent checkboxes you select during opt-in.
Service-Related Messages (required for appointment communication):
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Rescheduling notices
- Service updates related to your appointment
- Customer support communications in response to your inquiries
Promotional or Marketing Messages (optional):
- Promotional offers

Promotional or marketing SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in by selecting the promotional or marketing consent checkbox.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (206) 227-3237. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and service interactions. You may receive multiple messages per appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Your consent to receive SMS messages:
- Is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Larry's Electric.
- Is voluntary and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP.
- Applies only to the phone number you provide during opt-in.
- Is specific to the type of messages you consent to receive (service-related and/or promotional).
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to opt in to receive SMS messages.
By using our services and opting in to SMS communications, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- If opting in on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has used our services or opted in to SMS, we will terminate their account and delete their information.

Submitting a request or form does not guarantee appointment availability. Appointments are confirmed only once scheduled and acknowledged by Larry's Electric Inc.
Larry's Electric Inc is not responsible for missed appointments, delays, or communication failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the user.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
